End Cap and Headjoint Stopper Assembly

The stopper assembly is made from brass and the cork is secured by a threaded washer, which allows a new cork to be fitted very easily by simply unscrewing the washer. On the other end of the cork is the brass 'sounding disc' against which the sound wave reflects before travelling down the flute.
